what is candle stick? Introduction - the founder of candle stick was munehisa homma, it was developed in 18 century. It originated from Japanese rice merchants and traders to track market prices and daily momentum. candles shows the price action of the stock market. and also indicate whether the market is rising or falling. e.g above picture. it is fromed under a particular time period e.g 5min,10min, 1d or 1w candlestick etc.it means how much price fall and rise in last 5min. that we came to know by candle stick. There are two types of candle stick bull and bearish- BULLISH - It has green/white in colour that indicate the market is in control of buyers. market is going upward direction. BEARSIH- It has red/black in colour which means sellers are in control and market is going down. the vertical line above and below the real body called wig or shadow which shows the price of market high and low. real body is the difference between the open and close.
